Refund policy

You have 30 days after receiving your order to return it and obtain a refund without giving any reason.

Purchases made in November and December can be returned until January 15.

The product must be unused, in the same condition as you received it and in its original packaging. The cost of shipping the product back is paid by the customer.

Personalised products cannot be returned.

If you receive an incorrect product, a product with a manufacturing defect or a product damaged during shipping, we pay all the costs of the replacement or return. Please let us know within 7 days of receiving the order so we can sort it out quickly. This does not affect your legal guarantee of conformity, which lasts at least two years from delivery.
