Refund policy

You have 30 days after receiving your order to return our product and obtain a refund without giving any reason.

During the months of November and December, returns are extended until January 15.

The product must be unused, it must be in the same conditions as you received it and its packaging must be the original. The shipping cost to return the product will be assumed by the client.

Personalised products cannot be returned.

If the reason for the return has to do with receiving an incorrect product, a manufacturing error or any damage during the shipment, we will take charge of the costs for changing or returning the product. You have 7 day from the date of receipt of the order to notify us.
