A green felt covers the entire underside for extra protection and to prevent the board from slipping.
Matt varnished finish that boosts the colour of the wood and gives the chess board a unique softness.
It is delivered in an individual box where it can also be kept and that guarantees a safe shipment.

Workshop
Rechapados Ferrer is a workshop located in the town of La Garriga (Barcelona, Spain) with more than 60 years of experience in designing and manufacturing artisanal chess boards.
Our chess boards are used in the best world championships organized by FIDE, Chess World, European Chess and US Chess Federation.
Recently, this workshop has risen to fame for manufacturing some of the chess board models that appear in the series The Queen’s Gambit (No. 1 in Netflix).
