- How it works: at checkout you choose PayPal or Klarna, and they tell you straight away whether it's available to you and on what terms. It's their credit, not mine: I get paid for the whole order, ship it just as fast and you pay the instalments to them.
- Minimum amount with PayPal: 6, 12 or 24 instalments from €120 (in Germany, from €99).
- Maximum amount with Klarna: in 30 days, up to €500 in Spain, France, Italy, Portugal and Greece.
Quick questions
Is it safe to pay here?
Yes. Your card details never go through me: Shopify, PayPal or Klarna handle them over an encrypted connection, and your bank may ask you to confirm the payment in its app.
When am I charged?
When you place the order, even if it has an engraved plate and takes a few more days to ship. If you choose to pay later or in instalments, PayPal or Klarna charge you according to what you chose.
Which currency do I pay in?
In euros. From Sweden, Denmark, Poland, Czechia, Romania and Hungary you pay in your own currency, and you see the exact amount before you confirm.
Can I pay by bank transfer or cash on delivery?
No. Only with the methods above: that way the order is paid straight away and I can prepare it without waiting.
Can the billing address be different from the shipping address?
Yes. At checkout you can enter a different billing address. Handy if it's a gift sent straight to the person receiving it.
What if I return it?
The money goes back to the method you paid with. If you paid in instalments, PayPal or Klarna adjust the ones left. Full conditions in Refunds.
Can I get an invoice?
Of course. Ask me by replying to your order confirmation email or through Contact, with the name and tax ID you want on it, and I'll send it with VAT shown separately.
