Precious Staunton varnished natural and mahogany chess pieces, which are used in official championships.
They are artisanally manufactured using first quality boxwood and elaborated with exceptional details, specially the horse, which has more than 20 manual operations.
They all include felt at their base and they are delivered in a pine wood sliding box.

Workshop
Mora is a workshop located in a small village called Sant Pere de Torelló (Barcelona, Spain) which has been elaborating artisanal chess pieces and wood toys since 1942.
During these last more than 75 years of experience they have preserved the same essence and philosophy of using high quality local products.
Its artists (workers) create, manipulate, touch, examine, take care and paint by hand with a paint brush each piece they elaborate. As an example, they elaborate an outstanding and very characteristic Staunton horse which goes through more than 20 manual operations.
