Each piece is hand-carved by master craftsmen, making each set a unique and unrepeatable work of art.
They are a type of Staunton pieces, the official design standard used in the best chess tournaments around the world.

Workshop
Rechapados Ferrer is a workshop located in the town of La Garriga (Barcelona, Spain) with more than 60 years of experience in designing and manufacturing artisanal chess boards.
Our chess boards are used in the best world championships organized by FIDE, Chess World, European Chess and US Chess Federation.
Recently, this workshop has risen to fame for manufacturing some of the chess board models that appear in the series The Queen’s Gambit (No. 1 in Netflix).
